The Therapies I Use
Hypnosis usually involves you experiencing a deep state of relaxation. At this point you are in an enhanced state of awareness and are more open to your imagination. This enables you to tap into and work with your own subconsciousness mind, and in doing so can help bring about positive changes on a psychological, emotional and physical level.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT):
CBT is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. It is most commonly used to treat anxiety, depression and stress and can also be useful for a number of other mental and physical problems.
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP):
NLP is a method of influencing the behaviour of the brain, through the use of language and other types of communication to enable a person to redefine the way the brain responds with the ability to manifest new and better behaviours. NLP can often use hypnotherapy to help achieve changes in mental and emotional behaviour.
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy:
EMDR therapy is a psychotherapy that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma. EMDR does not rely on talk therapy or medications instead uses a patient’s own rapid, rhythmic eye movements. Primarily helping people with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) although it has also been know to treat many other disorders.

Providing a clear focus on objectives and goals to meet and exceed in both their personal and business life.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT):
EFT, also known as Tapping is a psychological acupressure technique, with the exception no needles are used in the process. The approach relieves symptoms by tapping on various body locations. This tapping balances energy meridians that become disrupted when we think about or experience an emotionally disturbing circumstance.
Past Life Regression:
Is a therapeutic approach that uses hypnosis to guide you to the memories of a past life. Regardless of your beliefs in spirituality and/or reincarnation, you may believe that a trauma or issue that happened in a past life is holding you back, and now is the time to revisit it in order to let it go now, or perhaps you may just be curious to experience the fascinating journey of Past Life Regression.
Future Life Progression:
Using hypnosis, Future Life Progression can help you to make informed life choices, identify problems and help to release current issues and/or blocks that may even be holding you back in the areas of relationships, career, property and business. Just imagine being able to take yourself forward 5, 10, or 15 years. In doing this you can see where you will be if you follow your current path or if you choose an alternative direction. All subsequent sessions - Last 60 minutes. Price £98
How many sessions will you need? The number of sessions will vary dependant on the needs of the client, however the average programme can last between 2 - 8 sessions (excluding the Discovery Session)
