About Me

My name is Paul Stevens, I have been working as an Accredited Integrated Therapist, Counsellor and Transformation Coach for over 12 years.

Prior to this, I enjoyed a successful career working at a senior management level within the IT/Telecoms industry, where I learnt the values of: leadership, strategy, transformation, building trusted relationships, team building, coaching and motivating others. 

With this knowledge and skillset I knew it was time for change; to develop new skills and a gain a real sense of purpose in my own life. My passion lead me to where I am today … 

Throughout this time, I have continued to learn, grow and expand through my own personal experiences and through formal qualifications in: Clinical Hypnotherapy (Adv Dip.Hyp KCH), Neuro Linguistic Programming (MNLP), Life Coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Past Life Regression, Future Life Progression and Mindfulness.

I work with Children, Teens, Adults and Groups and feel very honoured to do the work I do; giving others the opportunity to go through a journey of change and transformation, growing in Confidence, Self Esteem and ultimately take Control of their Life and Purpose. In doing so, gain focus, clarity, peace and harmony in their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. 

We are presented with many twists and turns in life. However, only by becoming more aware of our own mindset; strengths, weaknesses, limiting beliefs, potential to learn and the opportunity to face our fears, can we become better equipped to work through and deal with the "stuff" that life throws at us.

My approach to therapy is simple, whereby I intuitively combine a number of therapeutic approaches into a specific programme that meets the needs of the client. 

I am more than happy to work with one particular therapy if a client prefers, or if I feel a particular approach is more suited.”
