“Hi Everyone, My name is Paul Stevens, following a successful career in IT management, I learnt the values of: leadership, strategy, building relationships, coaching and motivating others. With this skillset I knew it was time for me to change career; develop new skills and a gain a real sense of fulfillment and purpose within my own life.
I have been actively working as a therapist for over 6 years. Within this duration, I have continued to expand and build on my own personal development, gaining formal qualifications in: Advanced Accredited Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy (Adv Dip.Hyp KCH), Neuro Linguistic Programming (MNLP). I have also received the following Diplomas in: Life Coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Past Life Regression and Future Life Progression.
I work with Children, Teens and Adults. I feel honoured to do the work I now do: giving others the opportunity to go through a journey of transformation, change their life direction, grow in Confidence and Self Esteem, and take Control of their life. In doing so can completely turn a person life around and have a positive impact on their wellbeing and happiness, which can then be seen by family, friends and colleagues.
Our lives take us on many twists and turns. Only by becoming more aware of our own mindset, strengths and weaknesses, can we become better equipped to work and deal with the "stuff" that life throws at us.
My approach to therapy is simple, whereby I look to combine a number of therapeutic approaches to tailor a specific programme that meets the needs of the client. I am more than happy to work with one particular therapy if a client prefers, or if I feel a particular approach is more suited.
Making changes within your personal or business life usually involves making some fundamental changes within you and your mindset, which is not always an easy process. The level of change required will completely differ from person to person, depending on the starting point of the individual.
